house comfortably sleeps six adults with three large bedrooms.
The spacious main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the Erinvale Club House
and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with spa bath and shower facilities.

second and third bedrooms share another bathroom with full bath and shower
facilities. All bedrooms are
carpeted and equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. |

The beech wood and granite
kitchen is fully fitted for all your requirements from
microwave to dishwasher and most other smaller electric appliances.

separate scullery is located right next to the kitchen with access through a
wooden shutter window.

The
dining room has a lovely wooden, eight seat table, leading into the relaxing lounge
area with fully fitted beech wood bar. Television,
video recorder, hi-fi and compact disc players are all included for your
entertainment.

Both dining room and lounge have Jetmaster
fireplaces for cozy winter
evenings for you to relax in front of and enjoy a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the
Cape's finest wines or read your favourite book which can be selected
from our bookstore.

The
living quarters is perfect for outdoor entertaining in typical South African
style, with a large undercover patio leading out onto a sparkling pool
which set
in a small, well manicured, private garden.
On the patio we have placed an eight seat sleeper wood table for all that
entertaining. |

Take
a plunge in your own private swimming pool on a hot summer's day. For your
children's safety a pool net is also available.

your parking convenience, access is via a remote controlled double garage door.
