POLICIES

• Deposits:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance of the payment to be made six weeks prior to arrival.  

  • A 10% breakage & securities deposit is added to the booking and is refunded within a month of departure after a full inventory has been taken.

• Cancellation and refunds:

  • A 50 % refund will be granted, provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. 

  • Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.  

• Payment methods:  

  • Personal OR Business cheque,

  • Electronic bank transfer (Bank details will be supplied if this option is requested). 

  • Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept Credit Cards at this time.

• There is a minimum stay requirement of seven days.
