The Helderberg Nature
Reserve borders the estate on the west and is the ideal place for walks
up the mountain, hiking, bird watching and also wonderful for a lazy morning
breakfast or light luncheons.

historical town of Stellenbosch is nearby, situated behind the Helderberg Mountains.
Here you will find many wineries to choose from with wine
cellar tours, tastings and luncheons. The
wine routes of the historical towns of Paarl and Franschhoek
are also not far away and worth a visit.
